For Couples

You may look like a high-functioning couple on the outside—but inside, the relationship feels confusing, tense, or fragile. You might be stuck in the same arguments, walking on eggshells, or feeling miles apart emotionally, even when you're in the same room.

In my practice, I work with people who want more than just advice or surface-level fixes. They want to feel emotionally safe with each other. They want tools that actually help in the moment—not just when things are calm. They want a relationship that feels like home.

I work with:

  • Partners feeling stuck in recurring conflict or miscommunication
  • Relationships impacted by emotional disconnection or avoidance
  • People trying to rebuild trust after betrayal or breakdown
  • High-stress couples navigating parenting, careers, or major life transitions
  • Partners who love each other but have lost their way
  • Those seeking to deepen emotional intimacy and secure their bond

For Individuals

Because relationship work often starts with ourselves. You don’t have to be in a partnership to work on relationship patterns.

In fact, some of the most meaningful change happens when we take time to understand our own attachment history, nervous system responses, and relational habits—before, during, or after a relationship.

I work with individuals who want to:

  • Understand why they keep ending up in the same relational patterns
  • Heal from past relationship wounds or trauma
  • Build internal emotional regulation and safety
  • Prepare for or repair after a breakup, betrayal, or loss
  • Explore their attachment style and how it impacts connection
  • Deepen emotional intimacy—starting with themselves

We’ll work together to notice the cues your body and brain give you in relationships, and practice new ways of responding—ways that align with your values, calm your nervous system, and foster connection without abandoning yourself.

Whether you're single, partnered, or somewhere in between, therapy can help you come home to yourself and show up differently in your relationships—with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
